When, Where & How
When:-
We meet at Luton Regional Sports Centre, St Thomas Road, Luton LU2 7XP on Monday and Thursday nights at 7:30pm,
prompt. After any announcements our members split in to groups to run various speeds. After a run and a shower most
members meet in the bar afterwards for a chat and perhaps to arrange a weekend run together.

How (much):-
Prospective members have eight club nights before joining, to decide whether Stopsley Striders is the club for them. The nightly attendance fee is £1, this
includes a shower and meeting room hire.
