It may be muddy\, but it will not take spikes.\n\n\nWhen\nTuesday 25th June\n\n\nTime\n7:15pm meet at St George’s Sports Centre\, Sun Lane\, Harpenden\, Hertfordshire\, AL5 4TD (map attached). \n7:45pm event starts in Rothamsted Park (near the Harpenden Sports Centre) \nRun leaders will lead groups to/from the park. It is 0.75 miles. .\n\n\nRegistration\nPlease can you fill out this form  with the names of the runners that are planning to come and return it to me by 20 June? (This doesn’t stop people just turning up on the night\, but gives us a head start with the results!)\n\n\nResults\nWe operate the finish area like cross country: times are recorded as you cross the line\, and everyone gets a position token. We ask each club to then record the names and token numbers and hand them in before you leave.\n\n\nFacilities\nThere are toilets and changing rooms at St George’s School Sports Centre. And access to toilets at the Harpenden Sports Centre.\n\n\nCapacity\nWe can handle about 150-200 runners and have invited 10 clubs\, so it would be really helpful if you could give me an early indication of how many may come from your club\, so we can manage the numbers and make sure we have enough cake too!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nClubs invited: \nBroxbourne Runners\, Dunstable Road Runners\, Gade Valley Harriers\, Garden City Runners\, St. Albans Striders\, Stopsley Striders\, Run Redbourn\, Run Harpenden\, Watford Joggers and Wheathampstead Warriors. \nPlease use these links to access the course route map\, directions on where to park and a runner registration form. \nWe are really looking forward to a great little race with you all on hopefully a pleasant summer evening.
