- Refreshments are available afterwards – including tea/coffee, sandwich and cakes.
- Course:
- The course is a bit hilly and all off-road.
- Trail shoes are recommended as the trails are fairly stony in parts.
- We plan on taking everyone to the finish first which is 10-15 mins away where we will do the briefing and people can leave things there.
- The start is only 5 mins away but is near some houses – so we don’t want people there too long, we will take everyone down and start straight away.
- The course is about 8km / 5M
