Monday Night Social 5K and 8K Runs

All Striders meet together in Studio 1

As this is the Barrels social night we will be having two runs – a 5K and 8K run with a lead runner and tail runner on each run.

The Stopsley Steppers will be stepping out led by Liz and Amanda!

Quick chat, catch up, club messages and then disperse.
Members to keep belongings in the lnspire lockers at a cost of a refundable

All Striders make sure the other runners in their group return safely.
