Thursday Striders Club Night

OUR MEETING/BRIEFING ROOM IS THE MEETING ROOM @ INSPIRE (downstairs through the cafe)
All Striders meet together.
Quick chat, catch up, club messages and then disperse.
Members to keep belongings in the lnspire lockers at a cost of a refundable 20p.
Please try to run in groups that are ‘safe’ in size and always run with another Strider. All Striders make sure the other runners in their group return safely.
Announcements at 6:50, running from 7pm
We plan to also have a coached session on Thursdays.
