Simon Franklin1966 – 2020 It is with great sadness that we have to report the sudden death of Simon Franklin, one of the founder members of Stopsley Striders, who passed away at home last week. Our thoughts are with his family at this very sad time.

Club is suspended for the time being, following the advice issued by the government today, 16th March 2020. If people wish to meet up and run then they can do so, but please meeting outside. Meeting in the room beforehand seems an unnecessary risk.

Unfortunely the Stopsley Challenge has been cancelled due to adverse weather.  The route has been blocked by fallen trees during the storm last night.
