Run and Talk Social Run

A chatty social run either 5km or 8km which will end with a chat and a coffee. All paces welcome.
We will start at Costa Bramingham (on the A6 near Homebase) at 930am and run along the cycle path to Leagrave McDonalds, aiming to finish about 1030am back at Costa for a drink and chat.
