A 30 minutes out and 30 minutes back run, or walk, all starting together and finishing together. This will start from Starbucks at Gipsy Lane retail park and we will head along the cycle path, towards/past Eric, and back to Starbucks for a well earned drink and chat. A chatty social run either 5km or 8km which will end with a chat and a coffee. All paces welcome. We will start at Costa Bramingham (on the A6 near Homebase) at 930am and run along the cycle path to Leagrave McDonalds, aiming to finish about 1030am back at Costa for a drink and chat.
