Treasure Trail was a success

We’re delighted to say over 90 people took part in the Treasure Trail and we raised £500 for Action for Children – an amazing total, thank you very much.
When we started planning back in November, we had hoped to raise £200 so this is beyond any dreams and it will mean a great deal to Action for Children in these difficult times.

All correct entries were put in a draw and the winners were team No Hit Sherlock. Congratulations to Sara & Barrie House.

The Mad Chubby Hatters were the winners of a bottle of fizz for the Best Team Name, well done Dawn & Karen, both Luton Town fans who work for Chubb.

The trail was 5k long, but the longest route was taken by Team Duck Duck Goose & the Ellis Enthusiasts, 7.89k! Miriam & Zena’s families won chocolates for their escapades. Not only was it the longest but it took a week – where did you go?

Thank you to all 27 households who joined the Zoom Social. After such positive feedback, lovely comments and your requests, we will try to organise another trail for June.

The winners of the photo competition were Nadia & family, team Lookin’ Sus.

We feel passionately about the work the charity does for families in the UK. Please take a few minutes to look at the Action for Children website to see the huge variety of projects that are supported by them and where your donations will help.

Thank you. Liz & Amanda
